She used that account to create and share beautiful content i used to enjoy. I am sure she never infringed any term with her pictures
She also used it to promote her artistic work. Disabling it you are creating a business loss for her.
Also, taking away her possibility to contact her followers, you are limiting her possibilities of expression. Please, restore the account as soon as possible.
